Construction Leadership Backed by Real Project Experience

BDCM Services was established to provide practical construction leadership across commercial, residential, mixed-use, and remediation projects. We work closely with developers, financiers, consultants, and project teams to support successful outcomes from early planning through to construction delivery and completion.

Our approach is built on experience gained across some of Australia’s most recognised construction businesses and major development projects. We understand the challenges that come with complex construction environments and focus on providing clear direction, strong stakeholder coordination, and practical solutions that keep projects moving forward.

Experience Behind the Business

BDCM is led by Nathan Burden, a construction professional with more than 20 years of industry experience across Queensland, New South Wales, and the ACT. Throughout his career, Nathan has held senior project and construction management roles with organisations including Hutchinson Builders, Morris Property Group, BROAD Construction, Kane, Watpac, FKP Constructions, and Multiplex.

This experience spans high-rise residential towers, mixed-use developments, commercial office buildings, government projects, remediation works, and complex project recovery environments. Having worked across contractor, consultant, and management roles, BDCM brings a broad understanding of project delivery and the practical realities that influence successful construction outcomes.
