Nathan provides over 25 years of experience in Commercial and Residential High-Rise projects throughout QLD, NSW and ACT. He holds a wealth of knowledge in business and project management operations, design management, subcontractor and supplier management, commercial cost control and programming. He can call upon numerous outstanding relationships with key development funders, developers, subcontractors, suppliers, and maintains long-standing relationships which is second to none in this industry. His passion to build and shape better outcomes for all stakeholders will continue to grow and shape the company’s vision and ambitions for the future.
Adam Kachyckyj
Commercial Project Manager
Adam leads the Commercial project management for BDCM with over a decade of experience in both Contracts and Project Management on prominent High-rise Residential and Commercial projects within South East Queensland. He has strong relationships within the supply chain and provides strong resolution skills to assist within this diverse industry. With his commercial strategies and execution with his negotiations and vendor management, this is key for BDCM.

Project Manager
Todd brings strong leadership and a positive safety culture to ensure a culture that works collaboratively and delivers outcomes for the BDCM team. With a strong background from working with Tier 1 Builders with a diverse project history of luxury high-rise buildings to Commercial, Medical and Industrial projects. He provides a solutions-orientated mindset with a proven track record of navigating through challenges.
Kim Weddell
Finance Manager
Kim is a highly motivated experienced Finance Manager who has worked within the residential and mining industry for over 22 years. She is the primary financial support to the business and is focussed on improving and implementing processes within the fast-paced environment to ensure the business will continue to grow.
Matthew Higgins
Senior Contract Administrator
Matthew has over 10 years of experience across the residential, commercial, and high-rise construction sectors. His diverse industry background includes carpentry, production estimating, project management, and contract administration, providing a well-rounded understanding of the construction lifecycle.
He specialises in cost management, procurement, contract administration, subcontractor and supplier management, and stakeholder engagement. He is recognised for his attention to detail, collaborative approach, and ability to build strong working relationships while ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements, programme, and budget.
Harry Taylor
Contract Administrator / Site Engineer
Harry joins the team with experience on Residential, Commercial and Education projects throughout Brisbane for Tier 2 Builders. He brings his strong subcontractor and supplier relationships with an eye for detail with quality assurance to ensure BDCM’s project design intent is achieved on site. He demonstrates the ability to proactively navigate through complex challenges to drive results on site.
Savina Grasnick
Contract Administrator
Savina draws on diverse expertise within commercial contracts administration for the past 11 years.. Her background consists of Tier 2 Builders working on a range of Residential, Commercial and Education projects within QLD, NSW and ACT. She brings BDCM strong budget tracking and risk management, including client and contractor relationships.
